Marking a historic moment in the Marathwada region as its very first night college, the institution was established as a private, non-aided entity. Starting with a modest enrollment of just 41 students, it proudly affiliated with Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded.

The college was spearheaded by the visionary Shri. Dhanrajji Joshi. He recognized a pressing societal need: providing high-quality educational opportunities to determined individuals who were previously deprived of higher education due to their strict daytime employment obligations.

Continually evolving to meet student needs, the college expanded its offerings beyond the core B.Com program. We successfully introduced a specialized Diploma Course in Taxation & Law, alongside a flexible Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) distance program offering five distinct optional subjects.
