WOMEN EMPOWERMENT CELL
AIM:
We aim to empower girl students and female faculty members, enhance their understanding of issues related to women, and make our college campus a safe place for girls and women. We address practical issues related to the welfare and equal opportunities for female faculty, staff, and students. Our goal is to create awareness of their rights and duties, fostering intellectual and social upliftment of female students through guest lectures, seminars, awareness programs, and other welfare activities.
VISION:
Our vision is to promote the general well-being of female students, as well as teaching and non-teaching female staff members of the College. We are committed to providing and maintaining a dignified and congenial working environment that supports and encourages women to explore and realize their full potential in all aspects of life. The Women Empowerment Cell envisions a community where every woman is empowered to succeed and contribute positively to society, ensuring a balanced and equitable environment for all.
